Publisher Terms

Placement standards

• Placements may appear only during verified, eligible wait states and must clear when the task finishes.
• Sponsored disclosure and attribution must remain visible and unchanged.
• Placements must not block composers, approvals, steering controls, safety notices, or other required interactions.
• Publishers must use supported Adbucks software and may not fabricate lifecycle or viewability events.

Earnings

Earnings accrue only for qualified events accepted by Adbucks. Revenue share, minimum payout, reversals, taxes, identity verification, and payment processing requirements are displayed in the publisher workspace. Fraudulent, duplicated, refunded, or invalid activity is not payable.

Your share of each qualified view is larger when you have chosen matched ads. The price advertisers pay does not change; choosing matched ads changes only how it is split between you and Adbucks.

Fair use

• One account per person. Opening or using several accounts to earn more is not allowed.
• Ads must be seen by you, on your own devices, during your own real use of AI. Bots, scripts, automation, emulators and tools that fake activity or keep an AI running just to earn are not allowed.
• Do not tamper with Adbucks software, its measurements or the events it sends, and do not try to get around frequency or earning limits.
• Do not click ads you are not interested in or ask others to. Clicks never earn you anything.
• New earnings are held for about a week before they can be cashed out, so invalid activity can be found first.
• If we find activity that breaks these rules, we may pause earning and cash-out on the account, withhold or reverse earnings from that activity, and close the account.

Invites

• Your workspace has an invite link. When someone signs up through it and then earns the amount shown there from verified views, you receive the one-time invite bonus shown there. It is paid by Adbucks and never taken from their earnings.
• The bonus is paid once per person invited, only for a new account with a confirmed email address, and not when the accounts appear to belong to the same person or household network.
• Invite bonuses are held and cashed out like other earnings. Inviting yourself, buying sign-ups or spamming your link breaks the fair use rules above, and bonuses from it may be reversed.
• We may change the bonus or end invites at any time; bonuses already earned stay yours.

Cash-out and gift cards

• You can cash out once your balance reaches the minimum shown in your workspace. Cash-out is available as a gift card sent by email, or as a bank transfer where Adbucks supports it in your country.
• Every cash-out is reviewed before it is sent. Gift cards are usually delivered within 7 business days of your request.
• The amount you cash out is held from your balance as soon as you request it. If a request is refused for any reason other than invalid activity, the amount is returned to your balance.
• Gift cards are issued by third parties and are subject to their terms. Available brands vary by country. Once delivered, a gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or replaced, except where the law requires it.
• We may delay, refuse or reverse a cash-out, or withhold earnings, where activity appears fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise invalid, or where the law requires it.
• Cash-out is not available in countries under comprehensive United States sanctions. Your country is determined from the network your connection comes from.
• You are responsible for any taxes on the rewards you receive. We may ask for tax information before paying you, and may limit payouts until it is provided.
• If you delete your account, earnings you have not cashed out are forfeited.

User choice and privacy

Publishers must provide users with clear Adbucks controls and any legally required notice or consent. Contextual targeting must remain opt-in, and publishers may not transmit raw private workspace content to Adbucks through unsupported fields.
